An elbow made of red-colored and non-combustible material used at points where the tube route turns ninety degrees. It converts the sharp turn into a smooth curve, limiting the increase in resistance to air flow. It serves in column turns, wall penetrations, and line routing between shelves. Keeping flow resistance under control reduces the response time at the end of the line.
