It supplies the panel and its connected devices with 24 V DC in medium-scale fire detection installations. Its 3 A output capacity creates an intermediate step for installations where the 1.5 A class becomes insufficient as siren and module numbers increase. EN 54-4 approval documents that uninterrupted power supply and battery monitoring requirements are met. Thus, additional capacity is created for load increase without installing a separate power cabinet.
