It is a terminal adapter that connects the capillary hose to the pipe line with a push-fit connection. Since threading or adhesive bonding is not required, assembly time is shortened and modifications to the line are simplified. It is used with halogen-free sampling tubes in HSSD-2 and Micra aspiration devices. Its ability to be quickly disconnected and reconnected allows the sampling point to be adjusted experimentally during commissioning.
