Flow Meter

A device that measures the flow rate of water passing through the line; in fire installations it is placed on the pump test line to measure the flow rate delivered by the pump and is used in periodic system tests. Mechanical and electronic types are added to the line with threaded or flanged connections. Due to pulse, analog, and digital communication outputs, it can be connected to SCADA and BMS systems.
