MSTAY is a microprocessor-based addressed analog module connected to the loop; it enables monitoring of technical signals. The status of external contacts such as flow switch, pressure switch, damper position contact, and similar devices is visible from the control panel. Monitoring non-fire technical faults from the same panel eliminates the need to install a separate monitoring system.
