Cofem CTE / CTX Linear Heat Detection Cable

The CTE and CTX linear heat detection cable senses heat at any point along its length. The cable consists of two steel conductors individually insulated with temperature-sensitive polymer; at the preset temperature, the insulation fails and the conductors make contact, triggering an alarm. The cable is suitable for long routes where point detectors are impractical, such as cable trays, conveyor lines, and parking garages.
