C50SH is a conventional optical-heat combined detector. The C50 series combines electronics with new sensing algorithms and a three-dimensional chamber design that is more resistant to contamination. Joint evaluation of two sensors reduces false alarms compared to decision-making based on smoke alone or heat alone, and covers a wider range of fire types.
