BUCKEYE BFR-20

A hood fire suppression cylinder that stores suppression agent in professional kitchens; when the system is activated, the agent is pressurized through the piping to the nozzles. As it is a high-capacity type in the series, the duct line, filter, hood, and multiple cooking appliances can be protected with a single cylinder. Upon activation, electrical and gas supply are automatically cut off; used in hotel and hospital kitchens.
