BUCKEYE BFR-10

A cylinder containing the suppression agent for a kitchen hood fire suppression system; when the system is activated, it delivers the agent through nozzles to the hood, filter, duct line, and cooking equipment. It has the capacity to protect multiple cooking appliances simultaneously in medium-sized kitchens. Upon activation, it also cuts off gas and electrical flow; used in hotel and restaurant kitchens with fryers, grills, and ranges.
