This device, covered by EN54-3 and EN54-23, produces both audible and visible alarm on conventional fire lines. The light intensity of the red flash is 23 cd and the flash frequency can be changed during activation. 9–28 VDC power supply range and low current draw allow more devices to be connected to the panel output. Having sound and light in a single housing eliminates the need for a separate flasher line.
