It is the base model that provides relay output to the FAP-520 fire detector. It is installed in place of the standard base and creates a local control point without changing the detector. Its consumption at the 0.2 mA level simplifies calculations in projects where many relay-equipped bases are used in the same loop. Locating the relay directly below the detector enables local ventilation or door control to be installed without running long lines from the panel.
