A manual call point approved for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive atmospheres that transmits the alarm indirectly. Its sturdy enclosure is IP66 rated, allowing it to be left in the open air; cable supply is drawn from the surface. High-risk areas such as fuel filling stations, paint preparation rooms, and gas storage facilities are primary applications. The presence of Ex approval on the device itself eliminates the need for a separate explosion-proof enclosure.
