Pressure Reducing Valve
The pressure coming from the network or hydropneumatic tank may exceed the limit that equipment can withstand at the lower elevations of the line. This valve maintains the set outlet value even if the inlet pressure changes; thus, fittings, hoses, and connections are not strained, and the water hammer effect is reduced. Its body can be brass, ductile cast iron, or stainless steel; it is installed with threaded and flanged connection options.
