Asenware AW-FD708EX Exproof Triple Infrared (⟦0⟧) Flame Detector

AW-FD708EX is an exproof flame detector operating in the 3.8-5.0 µm infrared band that detects n-heptane flame up to 40 meters with a 90° field of view. Its cast aluminum, oven-painted housing carries the ExdIIC T6 Gb / tD A21 ⟦0⟧/⟦1⟧ T80°C marking; it can operate in the range of -40 / +85 °C and in environments of 0-96% RH non-condensing. The device is powered by 18-30 VDC; depending on the installation structure, it is connected to the conventional panel via relay outputs (monitoring ≤25 mA, alarm ≤35 mA) or via current loop (fault ≤2 mA, normal 5 mA, alarm 15 mA) and reports flame in less than 10 seconds. Cable entry is prepared with options of 3/4 NPT, M25x1.5, or G3/4; its dimensions of 120x95x85 mm and approximate weight of 0.7 kg facilitate mounting on pipe or bracket. After alarm, reset is performed by power interruption, via communication protocol, or by remote control.
