Asenware AW-CTD321 2-Wire Fixed Temperature Heat Detector

AW-CTD321 is a heat detector operating in two-wire conventional fire detection lines; it produces an alarm at both a fixed 57 C threshold and also at a temperature rise rate of 7.1 C/5 s (A1R characteristic). This dual triggering is useful in spaces such as boiler rooms, kitchens, car parks, and loading areas where smoke detectors produce false alarms due to steam, exhaust, or dust. It draws power directly from the line: 9-28 VDC non-polarized input, standby current below 120 µA at 24 VDC, and alarm current not exceeding 20 mA with a 1 kΩ series resistor. Due to its non-polarized design, polarity orientation need not be observed when connecting to the base, which saves time during rapid mounting of numerous detectors. With base, it has a diameter of 99.45 mm and height of 48.2 mm; it operates in the range -10...+50 C, in non-condensing environments up to 95% relative humidity.
