Asenware AW-CSS2166-5 Conventional Flashing Sounder

AW-CSS2166-5 is a sounder model used in conventional fire detection systems that provides audible alarm together with flashing visual indication. It is activated by the alarm command from the panel; in production areas where machine noise is high or in environments where personnel with hearing impairment may be present, the visual flashing indication conveys evacuation information to persons whom the sound alone cannot reach. The working voltage is 24 V DC and it is connected to the sounder output of the conventional panel with the total current budget of the line calculated. It is installed by surface mounting on walls in spaces such as storage rooms, workshops, and enclosed parking areas, and during wiring, attention must be paid to the correct positioning of the line end resistance. For project approvals, the required sound pressure, protection rating, and standard compliance values should be based on the current data sheet of the product.
