Asenware AW-CSS2166-2 Conventional Flashing Sounder

AW-CSS2166-2 is a flashing sounder in conventional fire detection systems that combines audible and visual alarm in a single housing; it draws its power directly from the 24V zone line without requiring a separate supply line and its working current does not exceed 60 mA. In alarm condition it produces a sound level of 85 dB and above, its flasher is triggered approximately once per second; thus in noisy environments or areas where users with hearing impairment may be present, the alarm signal is given simultaneously through both channels. The red ABS housing measures 154x115x50.5 mm and weighs approximately 165 g, and due to its protection rating IP30 it is suitable only for indoor installation. The line connection is non-polarized and can be made with 2 or 4 wires, eliminating the need to follow terminal direction during field installation. It can be planned together with the AW-CFP2166 conventional fire alarm panel of the same series; the working range is -5 to +40°C temperature and 5-95% relative humidity non-condensing.
