Asenware AW-CSH831EX Exproof Conventional Smoke and Heat Combined Detector

The AW-CSH831EX is an exproof conventional detector that combines smoke and heat detection in a single housing for volumes bearing explosive atmosphere risk. It operates on 24 VDC ±3 V; since the connection is polarity independent, reverse connection of line terminals does not affect the device. The marking Gb Ex ib D tD A21 IP65 T85 on it indicates that it can be used in Zone 21 environments with dust explosion risk through its intrinsically safe circuit design and that the surface temperature is maintained at the 85 °C limit. The IP65 housing is sealed against dust ingress and operates between -10 °C and +50 °C.
