Asenware AW-CSD812 2-Wire Conventional Smoke Detector with Strobelight and Buzzer

AW-CSD812 is an optical smoke detector operating in two-wire conventional fire detection lines and carrying a strobelight and buzzer in its housing. It is triggered upon light scattering by smoke particles in the detection chamber; at alarm, it both sends a signal to the panel and produces audible and visual warning in the space where it is located, thus eliminating the expectation that the alarm will be heard in rooms far from the panel. Supply range is 9-28 VDC and connection is polarity-independent; standby current remains below 120 µA at 24 VDC, and alarm current remains below 20 mA with a 1 kΩ current-limiting resistor. Operating environment is defined between -10 °C and +50 °C and up to 95% relative humidity without condensation. The housing with diameter Ø99.45 mm is 48.2 mm in height; during installation, it must be kept away from ceiling beams and air supply outlets, and periodic removal of dust from the detection chamber is important for maintaining sensitivity.
