Asenware AW-CSD811 2-Wire Conventional Smoke Detector

AW-CSD811 is an optical-principle smoke detector operating in two-wire conventional fire detection circuits. It measures light scattering caused by smoke particles entering the detection chamber; therefore, it is preferred for early warning in slowly developing fires that produce smoke and soot before flaming. It is used together with buttons and sirens on the same circuit in zone-based installations protected by conventional panels, such as office floors, corridors, warehouses, and stores. It draws power from the circuit it is connected to, and its reverse-polarity-protected input reduces the risk of terminal reversal during wiring. The detector is mounted by placing it on its base; regular cleaning of dust accumulating over time in the detection chamber maintains sensitivity and keeps false alarm rates under control.
