Asenware AW-CSD411-4W 4-Wire Conventional Smoke Detector

AW-CSD411-4W is a 4-wire optical smoke detector operating on conventional fire detection loops. By measuring light scattering caused by smoke particles entering the sensing chamber, fires developing with abundant smoke before flaming are reported at an early stage. In four-wire connection arrangement, power supply and alarm signal are carried over separate conductors; unlike 2-wire models powered from the detection loop, this arrangement requires a separate power source and its own termination scheme. During installation, polarity direction and loop-end termination position at the panel must be checked against the project schematic. Since the manufacturer has not published operating voltage, protection class, and certification information for this model, current data sheet must be requested for values to be written in the project documentation.
