Asenware AW-CMC2166-1 Break-Glass Conventional Fire Alarm Manual Station

AW-CMC2166-1 is a break-glass manual alarm button connected to conventional fire detection lines; when the front plexiglass plate is broken, the contact changes position and the panel enters alarm condition. It is designed to be mounted on the wall at approximately 1.5 m height indoors at stairwells, landing areas and corridor ends. The device can be used in conventional installations with 24 VDC or 220 VAC power supply. The model is of non-resettable type: after being triggered, the broken panel must be replaced with a new one for the system to return to normal, therefore keeping spare panels on hand during commissioning and testing operations facilitates the work. It should not be confused with the indicator-equipped AW-CMC2166-5 of the same series or the push-pull type resettable AW-CMC2166-6.
