Asenware AW-BK901-40 40 Meter Range Conventional Reflective Beam Detector

The AW-BK901-40 is a reflective (beam-type) smoke detector with transmitter and receiver housed in a single unit; it measures the attenuation of infrared beam returning from the mirror set placed on the opposite surface to detect smoke in 20-40 meter spans. A single device monitors a long line in large facilities such as production halls, warehouse corridors, sports halls, and inter-column spaces where point-type detectors become inefficient due to ceiling height. It operates in conventional cycle; with 12-28 V DC supply, standby current remains below 18 mA, and it provides separate NO relay outputs for fire and fault (2.0 A / 30 V DC). It features three-level sensitivity adjustment (2.6 / 3.4 / 4.8 dB) against environmental contamination and structural movement, with ±0.5° directional beam angle; the housing is IP30 and reaches IP66 level when gasket is applied. The device is manufactured to EN 54-12 compliance, and in -40, -70, -100 variants the detector equipment is identical; the difference is the reflector set included in the package and the commissioning range, therefore for spans exceeding 40 meters, the appropriate upper variant should be ordered.
