Asenware AW-BK901-100 100 Meter Range Conventional Reflective Beam Smoke Detector

AW-BK901-100 is a reflective-type beam detector with transmitter and receiver integrated into a single housing; it generates an alarm by measuring the attenuation of infrared light returned from a reflector placed on the opposite surface due to smoke. The device's total adjustment range is 8-100 meters and this model is rated for the 70-100 meter step; sensitivity is selectable in three steps: 2.6 dB, 3.4 dB and 4.8 dB. It operates at 20-28 V DC in conventional circuit, standby current does not exceed 18 mA, alarm current does not exceed 33 mA; fire and fault relays are normally open contacts with 2.0 A / 30 V DC capacity. It is preferred in high-ceiling production halls, sports facilities, hangars and warehouses where smoke has difficulty reaching point detectors, and during installation both the device and reflector must be fixed to vibration-free surfaces due to the ±0.5 degree tolerance of the light beam path. It is manufactured in accordance with EN 54-12; the enclosure protection class is IP30, in gasket-sealed installations IP66, and it operates between -10 °C and +55 °C.
