The Aritech IU 2080C is a 2000 series addressable supervised output unit designed for efficient control of sirens, bells, and flashers in FP1200 and FP2000 fire detection systems. The supervised output reports open circuits and short circuits on the connected alert line as a fault without waiting for an alarm event; this eliminates the risk of a broken siren line going undetected until a fire occurs.
