Adapter unit providing uninterrupted power to smart locks. Ensures the lock continues to operate when the battery is depleted or during extended use; output is regulated against voltage fluctuations. Whether the door remains locked during a power outage depends on the lock type; the fail safe / fail secure preference during the project is planned according to this unit.
