This eight-channel NVR from the NXI family receives video from IP cameras over the network and stores it in two disk slots. Its decoding capacity allows for on-screen monitoring of cameras with resolution up to 12 MP. It has no PoE port; power is supplied from a separate switch. For this reason, it is preferred in facilities using high-resolution cameras.

Calculated with a typical bitrate range of 2–6 Mbit/s (H.265, 15 fps). Total incoming bandwidth: 16–48 Mbit/s. Disk capacity uses the manufacturer’s TB (1 TB = 1000 GB). Real usage depends on scene activity; for an exact figure enter the bitrate shown on the recorder or take a 24-hour sample recording. The calculation uses the whole disk; if you want to keep part of it free, divide the result by (1 − margin), e.g. by 0.9 for a 10% margin.
