This M-series 16-channel recording device collects IP cameras over the network and writes to two disks. High incoming bandwidth prevents loss of image quality when camera count increases. A IP speaker can be connected to add voice announcement capability. It is used in buildings with existing network infrastructure when only the recording side requires upgrade.
